The room was very nice! Except for slippery toilets and intermittent disconnection of wifi.
The front desk is worse; they didn’t give us a welcome drink, and when we called them for that, the front desk blamed us that we didn’t get the welcome drink. We’ve waited for an hour in a lobby before our check-in. How come it is our fault then?
 
The food and beverage service were really good! The waiters and staff in the buffet area were really kind and accommodating.
 

  The Plaza lodge is one of the beautiful and accommodating hotel in Baguio city. They are helpful and friendly people. - our whole room is literally beautiful smelling and clean there are complete toiletries there are delicious breakfasts in the morning and above all there are many foods to choose from the place is also beautiful you will surely relax

Lastly ung hotdog na palaman un ang medyo ako di nasarapan,need lang imaintain ung temperature para maging steady ung fresh niya. Lalo na matagal na nakadisplay.🙂

  Nice place - The staff are very polite and professional. I like how the staff named Espencer cater us very friendly and kind. Also the high chair for my baby is a plus point. We will definitely come back for more merienda buffet. I think you should also consider serving fried chicken for kids.

  Food and service are great - The food was great especially the carbonara, the ambiance and service was also commendable; highly appreciate the crews who assisted us and they are very accommodating especially Mr. Espencer! Highly recommend this place!

here in The Plaza Lodge Hotel. They have such great a clean rooms, really worth the price. Staffs are very kind and very accomodating. Very open for communication and they always greet you warmly wearing their big smiles.

The food are better when we visited last July though. But I love the place, so airy and comfy...

  Kyoto Japanese restaurant is so far the most authentic restaurant in the city of pines. Each dish is perfectly crafted by their Japanese chef. The ramen is so delicious together with kyoto’s tempura. Another must try is their kyoto special. Kyotos ambience is makes me feel that im in japan, its situated on the 9th floor of the hotel. With this great addition on their great service The PLAZA LODGE Baguio will surely maintain the top hotel in the city

  September Escapade - Our Executive room is very neat. it has airconditioning.
The breakfast buffet is delicious and the choices suits my preferences. I love the camote cue, banana cue and turon.
It is along South Drive so it’s very near and other patks.

  Hotel with Great Service - Outstanding customer service from check-in and entire duration of our stay. The hotel room was clean, nice and comfy. The staff were friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast were offered with a variety of choices.

We’ll definitely come back and hotel is highly recommended for their pro activeness in delivering customer satisfaction.
